JOB DESCRIPTION
Our Client is a Dublin based pratice that specialises in commerical
and residential projects
They are looking for someone with strong design and technical skills
to take a productive role in an expanding friendly office.
Working on a variety of projects as housing, apartments, student
accommodation and mixed-use developments.
REQUIREMENTS
2+ years experience.
Excellent Revit skills would be beneficial.
Thorough knowledge of Building Regulations & Planning Guidelines.
Experience of working on small, medium and large-scale complex
projects demonstrating strong detailing experience.
Experience preparing planning, tender and construction packages and
drawings.
Highly motivated, flexible, well organized with the ability to work
efficiently to deadlines.
Excellent communication, presentation, technical and detailing skills
with precise attention to detail.
